Overview
Our returns policy is valid only for manufacturing defects and should be claimed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent back in the original packaging.
Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returns.
If you are approved, then your exchange request will be processed, and the new product will be shipped and we shall intimate you with the return tracking number.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we will ship the replacement product back to you at our cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
