Leather Selection & Sourcing
Vegetable-tanned buffalo (1.2–1.4mm), full-grain cowhide, lambskin/sheep nappa (0.7–0.9mm), suede, and genuine shearling. Custom tannery Pantone dye runs available.
Reinforced Construction
High-tensile bonded nylon threads (size 40–69), German Groz-Beckert leather needles, thermo-adhesive interfacing, and stress-point brass rivet bar-tacking.
Hardware Integration
YKK Excella, Riri, or custom cast antique brass, gunmetal matte, and nickel hardware with smooth mechanical action and high pull-apart resistance.
4-Tier Quality Control

How long does the prototyping and sampling phase take?
