1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and IndiFash ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of https://indifash.com, including all digital catalogs, custom design tools, made-to-measure services, and online purchases.

By visiting our website, interacting with our digital atelier, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

2. Operating Entity & Corporate Governance

The digital platform and physical atelier operations are conducted by IndiFash, with principal operations located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. All official customer service, leather tanning verifications, master pattern cutting, and international courier dispatch originate through our Mumbai facilities.

3. Client Eligibility & Permitted Use

You represent that you are at least the age of legal majority in your country or state of residence, or possess valid parental/guardian authorization to use the Site. You agree not to use our products or services for any unauthorized, unlawful, or infringing commercial purposes, nor violate any export laws, intellectual property rights, or public safety regulations.

4. Handcrafted Leather Artistry & Natural Characteristics

Every jacket, coat, bag, and leather good at IndiFash is meticulously constructed from 100% genuine top-grain and full-grain hides.

• Natural Variations: Because authentic leather is an organic material, subtle differences in grain texture, faint natural markings, tonal warmth, and hide pores are authentic hallmarks of genuine leather, not defects.
• Patina Evolution: Over time and with natural wear, vegetable-tanned and premium dyed leathers develop a rich, lustrous patina that personalizes each garment to its owner.
• Color Presentation: While we employ studio-calibrated photography, display screen technologies, color gamuts, and ambient lighting can produce slight nuances in color tone.

5. Bespoke, Made-to-Measure & Custom Alterations

Clients requesting custom styling, monograms, or made-to-measure tailoring are supported by our Master Tailor Concierge:

• Measurement Submission: Clients are responsible for providing precise measurements using our interactive Measurement Guide or WhatsApp consultation.
• Fit Guarantee & Alterations: In the rare event of a sizing discrepancy, we offer complimentary adjustment assistance or store credit to ensure an impeccable fit.
• Bespoke Cancellation Window: Because bespoke garments require individual hide selection and precision pattern cutting, made-to-measure orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement before cutting commences.

6. Pricing, Multi-Currency Display & Taxes

Product prices are universally anchored in US Dollars ($ USD). For international clientele, prices can be viewed in premier global currencies (such as EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, AED, JPY) converted using benchmark foreign exchange rates. All checkout transactions are processed securely in USD.

• Prices are subject to revision without prior notice to reflect material, tanning, and logistics cost adjustments. Existing confirmed orders are fully price-protected.
• In the unlikely event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or technical error, IndiFash reserves the right to decline or cancel the affected order and issue an immediate 100% refund.

7. Payment Methods & Financial Security

We offer secure checkout powered by tier-1 global payment processors:

• Card & Netbanking Payments: International Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UPI via Razorpay Software Private Limited.
• Express Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay via hardware tokenization.

• Handling Time: Standard stock pieces are processed and handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Saturday).
• Transit Times: Express air transit typically completes in 8 to 10 business days, while Standard tracked shipping takes 12 to 15 business days.
• Customs & Import Duties: Import duties, VAT, or local clearance fees levied by destination country customs are determined by local national laws and are the responsibility of the recipient. (Shipments into the United States valued under $800 USD generally clear free of customs duties under Section 321 de minimis).

9. 10-Day Worldwide Returns & Order Cancellations

We stand behind every creation with our transparent return guidelines:

• 12-Hour Cancellation: Cancel any standard order within 12 hours for an immediate 100% full refund with zero deductions.
• 10-Day Return Window: Request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags intact.
• Shipping Responsibilities: Return shipping is borne by the client; the shipment of replacement or exchanged pieces is fully covered by IndiFash.
• Refund Timelines: Refunds credit to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days following inspection approval.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual designs, product patterns, sketches, photographs, brand trademarks, logos, copy, software scripts, and user interface elements on IndiFash are the exclusive intellectual property of IndiFash. Any unauthorized extraction, scraping, reverse engineering, reproduction, or commercial repurposing without express written permission is strictly prohibited under international copyright conventions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndiFash, its founders, artisans, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from product use, shipping delays caused by carrier weather disruptions, or customs holds. Our total maximum liability under any claim shall not exceed the exact purchase price paid for the product.

12. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising out of your purchases shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action or arbitration arising hereunder.
