At IndiFash, every jacket, coat, handbag, and accessory undergoes rigorous hide inspection, precision stitching, edge burnishing, and hardware checks before departure. Our operational lead times operate as follows:

• Order Handling & Handcrafting Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays).
• Express Air Transit Time: 8 to 10 business days worldwide.
• Standard Tracked Transit Time: 12 to 15 business days worldwide.
• Dispatch Notification: Immediately after handover to the international courier, an automated email and SMS containing your official Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number and portal link is sent to you.

Every parcel dispatched from IndiFash is assigned an end-to-end Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number. You can verify real-time status:

• Through your IndiFash Account under Order History.
• Directly on the carrier tracking page (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) using the link sent in your dispatch confirmation email.
• All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure safety and prevent doorstep porch-piracy.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

Because our workshop is situated in India, international shipments clear customs upon arrival in the destination country:

• United States: Orders valued under $800 USD enter the US duty-free under Section 321 de minimis regulations.
• United Kingdom & European Union: Shipments are subject to standard national VAT or customs duty assessments depending on local thresholds.
• Other Destinations: Any local import duty, excise tax, or clearance surcharge assessed by the recipient country's customs authorities is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Amendments & Rerouting

Once a parcel is handed over to the air carrier, address rerouting is subject to carrier feasibility and may incur transit re-tag fees.

6. Transit Insurance & Damaged Parcel Claims

All IndiFash consignments are 100% insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit:

• If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, take photos of the package and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will immediately open a priority claim with the air carrier and expedite a replacement piece or issue a 100% refund.
