- Bespoke & Made-to-Order Goods: Custom-tailored jackets and personalized leather goods require 3 to 5 business days for precision tailoring, edge hand-finishing, and quality inspection prior to dispatch.
- Dispatch Confirmation: As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, an automated email and SMS notification containing your air waybill (AWB) tracking link is issued.
